When checking the measurement according to this act, before the surveyor of the area or ward of the rural municipality or municipality, the narrow border of the rural municipality or municipal area or the ward to be measured must be separated and measured. When demarcating the border, if there is a dispute on the border of the zone or even the district, the border will be demarcated according to the decision of the designated authority or committee. If it seems that it will take time to decide the disputed border, the surveyor will be started and the survey will be completed pending the registration of the parts of the disputed border. However, if the entire district rural municipality or municipal area or ward is not a surveyor, but only a part of it is a surveyor, it will not be necessary to separate the boundaries according to this section.
